[Restaurant review] An amazing experience of both the cuisine and the environment. A contemporary approach to dining: An equal variety of vegan/vegetarian- and meat-dishes from local, eco-friendly and humane farms. Delicious and creative vegetarian meals that exceeded expectations. A wide palette of wine flavours to go with every meal or occasion. Reservation needed since it's a very compact establishment. We reserved for 7people (table of 8) TLDR: An overall pleasent experience and a great ending to a Vacation. Dishes in order: (1) Icecream with espresso (2) Chocolate mousse (3) layered mascarpone desert with mint-pesto (4) Linsencurry (5) Wirsingroulade (6) Schweinerückensteak vom Hällischen Landschwein (7) Tranchen vom Hällischen Landschwein-Filet (8) Rumpstaek

The windows will not open. But if you do manage to get them open, you will not be able to close them. One door of the shower will not stay open. The other door of the shower will not stay shut. Your wet towels will not be replaced so showering twice a day is unpleasant with a wet towel. The orange juice at breakfast is at room temperature, who would want warm orange juice? Do not plan to have a drink on Friday night, the bar is closed before 10, On the up side: the food is gorgeous and the staff is very, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful building btw.

Nice place, rooms are fine. A bit small, but comfy. The hotel kitchen was very nice, but because of lots of guests a bit slow. The quality of the meal was superb.

Absolutely amazing Absolutely nothing can be complained about this stunning hotel in superb surroundings....fab food. .. quality service and friendly staff......
